As humans, most of us are on a quest to find meaningful work. And yet, that same quest often robs us of our humanity. We search job boards for hours, update our LinkedIn profile, attend networking events, send applications to faceless companies, cross our fingers and hope for a response. And when we find work, it frequently leaves us feeling misunderstood, disengaged, and underutilized. Does it have to be this way? Is it an objective fact that looking for work has to feel dehumanizing? In this talk, Chris Turner makes a bold prediction.
